ShineDrama attaches high importance to the protection of users’ personal information. We may collect and process your personal information when you use our products and services. Please read this User Agreement carefully and ensure you fully understand all its provisions.
By accessing and using our products or services, you acknowledge and unconditionally accept this User Agreement, which may be updated from time to time. This document shall be collectively referred to as the User Agreement throughout the text, without reference to "statement".
Information You Voluntarily Provide to ShineDrama: To deliver better services to you, the system will store the information you fill in or submit during ShineDrama account registration and service selection, including your gender, date of birth and mobile phone number. You have the right to refuse to provide non-mandatory information, and we will only collect the minimum information necessary for service operation. If you submit false, inaccurate or misleading information, you shall bear all corresponding risks and consequences arising therefrom. Do not transfer, share or lend your account or account password to any third party. If you discover unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ShineDrama immediately. We shall not be liable for unauthorized account access caused by hacker attacks, cyber threats or your own negligence.

Subject to compliance with applicable laws and with your separate consent where required, we may integrate data collected from one service to deliver personalized experience across our multiple services. For instance, data collected from one service may be used to push exclusive content and personalized information to you. When relevant authorization options are displayed on the interface, you may choose to grant or reject our cross-service data application request.
Circumstances Where We May Disclose Your Information: We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We may only disclose your information under the following limited circumstances, and all authorized third parties must sign data confidentiality agreements and shall not re-disclose or resell your data to any other parties:
We deploy multiple physical, technical and administrative security technologies and measures to prevent leakage, damage or loss of your information, including encryption technology adopted in partial services to protect your submitted personal data.
Nevertheless, you acknowledge that absolute 100% security cannot be guaranteed for internet transmission or electronic storage due to inherent technical limitations and various malicious cyber threats, even if we adopt all commercially reasonable security measures. The systems and communication networks you use to access our Services may be compromised by factors beyond our reasonable control.
Certain categories of personal information are defined as sensitive personal information (e.g. personal health data), which shall be protected with stricter standards than ordinary personal information under Malaysia’s PDPA. ShineDrama shall not use or disclose to any third party any data collected from health, fitness and medical research scenarios, including sports, fitness and human health research data obtained via HealthKit API. Such health-related data shall never be applied for advertising delivery or data mining purposes. ShineDrama will not write any false or inaccurate data into HealthKit or any other medical research and health management applications.
Our Services are intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above. If you are a minor under 18 years old, you must obtain prior consent from your parent or legal guardian before using our products or submitting any personal information, and you shall use our Services under their supervision and guidance.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor under 18 and find that the minor has submitted personal information to us without proper consent, please contact our customer service email immediately. Once we confirm we have collected personal data from an unauthorized minor, we will immediately cease all processing of such data and take reasonable steps to completely erase the relevant records from our system within a reasonable period.
This User Agreement applies to all services provided by ShineDrama and its affiliated companies. It shall not apply to independent services equipped with their own separate privacy policies. This User Agreement does not govern the following scenarios: personal information collected by independent third parties (including third-party websites) through our platform channels; information collected by advertising service providers and other commercial organizations relying on our Services. We do not assume supervision liability for data collection behaviors of such third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to revise this User Agreement at any time as business and regulatory requirements change, and all updated versions will be published on this page and take effect upon posting. If the revision involves material changes to data collection, usage or disclosure rules, we will send an advance notification to your bound email address and display prominent in-App reminders at least 7 calendar days before the updated agreement takes effect. You may stop using all Services if you disagree with the revised clauses.
All platform balances, points and virtual assets can only be used to purchase and unlock paid services provided within ShineDrama. Users are not permitted to withdraw, cash out or transfer any platform funds or virtual assets to external payment channels or third-party accounts. All virtual assets have no cash value outside our platform, and no cash refund request shall be accepted for purchased virtual assets unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
In accordance with Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you enjoy the following rights:

Formation, validity, implementation, interpretation and all disputes arising out of this User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for exclusive resolution. If any clause of this Agreement conflicts with Malaysia PDPA or other mandatory local laws, the mandatory legal provisions shall prevail.
